PayWatch provides subscription tracking, expense monitoring, and payroll/payment verification tools. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features of the platform at any time.

When creating an account, including when authenticating via third-party single sign-on providers such as Google OAuth ("Connect to Google"):

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempting to bypass authentication or gain unauthorized access to PayWatch servers or system networks.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on PayWatch, including logos, designs, trademarks, text, code, and graphical interfaces, are the intellectual property of PayWatch and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

8. Changes to Terms
